Founder, Owner and Director
Julina established Limitless Occupational Therapy in 2016. Julina's vision is to listen to families personal experiences, to individualise therapy to gain the best outcome possible for children, and to provide services to underdeveloped communities. Julina provides supervision and professional development to Limitless Occupational Therapists.
Julina has a Certificate 2 in Sport and Community Recreation, a Certificate 4 and 5 in Fitness, and a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.
Prior to opening her own private practise (Limitless Occupational Therapy) in 2016, Julina worked as an Occupational Therapist at an early intervention centre for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and within private practise. Julina has 8 years Occupational Therapy experience working with ages 0-25, with varied presentations.
Lucy has two years experience within the area of paediatrics specifically, working with children and their families who have a range of disabilities.
Lucy moved to the Sunshine Coast to fulfil her dreams of becoming a paediatric Occupational Therapist. Lucy graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, achieving honours.
Lucy has a passion for supporting others and engaging them in what they need and want to do in their everyday life, and is excited about where her career will take her in the future. Lucy enjoys working with younger children, and has a caring and nurturing approach to therapy.
Outside of the work environment Lucy enjoys being at the beach, exercising and spending time with her friends and family.
Jen uses ‘perspective taking’ occupational therapy, where goals are made collaboratively to empower each child & young person. Jen enjoys using sensory modulation, nature based interventions, and mental health / art therapy approaches to support children, families & educators. Jen works with varied ages and presentations. Jen has a warm & gentle demeanour, she goes the extra mile to ensure people feel understood & valued.
Jen has five years experience working in the occupational therapy field. She has previously worked at a paediatric practice in Brisbane and at a youth mental health organisation working with young people aged 12-25. Jen has a Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). Jen is currently working on her mental health accreditation.
Jen is from the sunshine coast hinterland originally. Outside of work, she enjoys building her tiny house, eating brunch, yoga, and board games with family and friends.
Jazmin grew up in the US as a dual citizen but is proud to call Australia home, and has fully embraced the Sunshine Coast. After living in Norway with her husband for a year and half, she is thankful that they have found a warm and sunny climate to place roots in.
Jazmin nannied professionally for a few years before deciding to settle into an administration role. Here at Limitless Occupational Therapy she is able to combine her passion for supporting kids and their parents, with her talent for communication and organisation. Jazmin loves kids and values their unique gifts and personalities.
Outside of work, Jazmin can be found enjoying our beautiful beaches whether its swimming, surfing, snorkeling or sunbaking. She also loves spending time with her husband and their friends.
Grace graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). Grace is in her dream job, and has over 3 years experience working specifically in the area of paediatrics.
She is passionate about helping everyone achieve their goals and live life to their full potential.
Grace has found a love for working with children of all ages and backgrounds, and is excited to continue that with Limitless Paediatric Occupational Therapy. She loves the creativity of working with children and discovering new and fun ways of engaging in therapy.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys travelling, reading, surfing, her kelpie Sam, and spending time with her family and friends.
Stephen O’Regan graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast, with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the end of 2016.
Stephen has an ardent love for occupational therapy. Representing its core values, ethics and attitudes throughout his career. He has experience across various roles and age groups, including paediatrics, general community and geriatrics. His first experience out of University was at an early intervention centre for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Stephen then went onto work with the coast’s elderly population, with a focus on dementia care.
Stephen focuses on delivering the highest quality, evidence based, client and family centred service. He believes through occupational therapy we can set and reach goals, empowering children and families to favourable outcomes. Stephen enjoys taking a mentorship role, and works well with teenagers.
Growing up here on the coast, Stephen lives an active and healthy lifestyle. With a passion for surfing, sports and gym. He loves being in nature, camping with family and friends, sitting around a fire, or with a good book on the beach. Stephen also has interest in travelling, gaming and eating!
Tammy moved to the Sunshine Coast with her family eight years ago from South Africa. The Sunshine coast has now become her home and she loves the lifestyle and people.
Tammy is in her final year of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Tammy is passionate about helping people and using the knowledge and skills she has learnt to achieve this. Tammy has always enjoyed working with people and seeing others flourish.
Outside of work and studies, Tammy enjoys living an active and healthy lifestyle. Tammy loves spending time with her friends and family, going to the beach, climbing mountains, travelling, playing recreational sports and activities and drinking coffee.
