We are looking for another paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team!


Paediatric Occupational Therapist

New graduates welcome to apply, as we offer full training, support, and supervision.


Limitless Occupational Therapy is a well-established and successful private- practice. Founded in 2016, we work with a range of clients from birth to 25 years old, across the Sunshine Coast region.


We have availability for a full time paediatric Occupational Therapist, working at: The Limitless Occupational Therapy Clinic, schools and early learning centres, across the Sunshine Coast region.


We are looking for a candidate with:

• A demonstrated ability to treat a range of conditions, from the ages of around 6- months to 25 years old.

• An understanding of paediatric assessment, goal- setting, and an ability to create short and long- term treatment plans.

• An understanding of a variety of therapeutic interventions within the areas of cognitive and physical development.

• An understanding of a variety of equipment, and environmental modifications.

• An understanding of different funding models, including: the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), Private health, and the Medicare Subsidy Scheme.

• Great communication skills, to communicate with all stakeholders, and proven time management skills, to manage a large and varied caseload.

• A family and client- centered approach, with a passion for achieving positive and lasting outcomes for clients.

Your Professional Requirements:

• Current Qualification in Occupational Therapy

• Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

• Criminal History prior to employment.

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Current Australian driver’s license, with the ability to travel between different locations within the Sunshine Coast region.

• Maintenance of clinical supervision, and professional development where required.


We offer:

Travel allowance, your own laptop, all OT resources, and a professional development allowance.


We offer 1- 2 weeks of paid training, with 1- 2 hours of clinical supervision per week, depending on your experience level.


We also offer an opportunity to work within a team of experienced and passionate paediatric Occupational Therapists. We offer monthly team professional development and peer supervision sessions.
